2022 – 2023

Created during my first year in France, this documentary short film is part of an exploratory research process.

Originally from a city in southern China, centered on the electronic industry, textiles, and international trade, I revisited fragments of my personal experiences to question the dynamics of a fragile balance in a world shaped by perpetual acceleration.

Faced with the inevitable absorption by the networks we have created ourselves, can we still coexist alongside the mutations? How can we relearn from the oceans, the marshes, and the mycelium—these living and resilient systems?

Through an intertextual narrative, this work weaves together my personal memories and public events to reveal a contemporary world in perpetual transformation, marked by tensions and paradoxes.
